I specialise in arranging all manner of commercial finance and in addition, providing financial analysis and troubleshooting to SME’s
In terms of commercial finance, I’m able to arrange a wide variety of facilities. For example, refurb and development finance, bridging finance, term loans, cashflow solutions, asset finance and agricultural finance. A more comprehensive breakdown is provided under Area of Expertise.
In terms of financial analysis and troubleshooting, this comprises a full review of the owner(s) objectives and an in depth analysis of both the financial and non-financial elements of their business. The aim is to identify any areas that could do with improvement. Alternatively, such an evaluation provides business owner(s) with an independent analysis that they may, in turn, use as the foundation on which to undertake their own internal review of their operation.
I work very much on the basis that no question is a silly question and actively look to build close and trusting relationships with my clients. In keeping with that, I have absolutely no issue in investing time in visiting a client to better understand what they do etc. and to that end, my plan is to build a portfolio of clients to whom I’ll always be available, be that face to face and / or on the end of the phone and so, provide them with what is essentially, an old fashioned, common sense banking service.
Consequently, you have my absolute assurance that you will never, ever be pressurised, or made to feel awkward. What’s more, any discussions and / or meetings, we may have, will always be impartial and undertaken entirely free of charge and without any obligation; I only ever charge a fee if, in the case of commercial finance, any borrowing facility applied for completes or in the case of, financial analysis and troubleshooting, upon delivery of the report that I’ve been commissioned to produce. Furthermore, that fee will always be fixed and agreed at the very outset.
